Price	Monthly prices for each plan are listed on the pricing section . US dollar prices are charged as shown; Japanese yen prices exclude 10% Japanese consumption tax, which is added at checkout.
Additional fees	Internet connection and communication charges required to use the service are borne by the customer. Payment processing fees are borne by the seller.

Payment timing	The first payment is charged when you subscribe. After that, payment is charged automatically on each monthly renewal date.
Delivery	Plan credits are added immediately after payment is completed and can be used right away.
Refunds and cancellation	Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once completed. You can cancel anytime from the settings page; billing stops from the next renewal date and you keep access until the end of the current period.
System requirements	The latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox. The X (formerly Twitter) accounts and posts you extract from must be public.
