DigVal.inc ("we" or "us") handles users' personal information in "X Lists" (the "Service") as described below. This policy is a translation of the Japanese original; if there is any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect

• Registration information: email address, and the account identifier and display name when you sign in with Google
• Billing information: your plan and payment history (credit card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored by us)
• Usage information: extraction requests (target account or post URLs, keywords, counts), extraction results and credit usage history
• The content of your inquiries
• Access logs, IP address, browser information, cookies, etc.

2. How we use it

• To provide and operate the Service, including sign-in, extraction, CSV delivery and credit management
• To bill you and process payments
• To respond to inquiries and send important notices
• To prevent abuse and respond to violations of our Terms
• To improve the Service and develop new features

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except:

• When required by law
• When necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
• When we outsource all or part of our operations to the extent necessary for the purposes above

4. Service providers

The Service uses the following external services. Some of these providers are located outside Japan, and personal information may be stored or processed outside Japan.

• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing)
• Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: hosting, authentication, database and file storage)
• Channel Corporation (Channel Talk: chat support)
• Slack Technologies, LLC (payment and error notifications for the operator)

5. Security

We take necessary and appropriate measures, such as encrypted communication and access control, to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

6. Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of your personal information held by us. Please contact us by email at the address below. After verifying your identity, we will respond without delay in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies to keep you signed in and to improve convenience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as signing in, will then stop working.

8. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy when necessary. The revised policy takes effect when posted on the Service.
